Flashnet Installation

Step 1: Plug the FlashNet USB Stick firmly into your computer’s USB port.

Step 2: Once you have plugged it in, you would notice a notification on the bottom-right corner of the screen as per the diagram below

Step 3: Click on the Computer icon on the desktop, or click on Start and then select Computer

Step 4: Right click on VF QuickStart and Select Open

Step 5: Right click on setup_vmb_lite and select Run As Administrator

Step 6: A progress bar should appear while the Vodafone Mobile Broadband service is installed in the computer from the FlashNet

Step 7: Once it is done installing, Select Finish

How to connect to the internet using Vodafone Mobile Broadband FlashNet

Step 1: Plug the FlashNet USB stick firmly in to your computer’s USB port

Step 2: Launch Vodafone Mobile Broadband

Step 3: Click on Connect to start using the internet

Step 4: Once you are done using the internet, click on Disconnect to stop using the internet

Click on the SMS pane to view the SMS options

To check your current data balance, click on the Write option and send a blank message to 131

Mobile Plus – enhanced version of 3G which allows faster internet speed where 4G is not present

GPRS – G stands for GPRS (General Packet Radio Services) and this supports the lowest internet speed available on mobile phones

The Account view has three options on the Navigation bar

For prepaid account Customers there are two additional options: Balance and Top Up.
