What is the eTransport Fiji app?
- The eTransport Fiji app is the official mobile app for managing your eCard. It allows you to check balances, view recent transactions, top up via M-PAiSA, and more, all from your Android smartphone.
Where can I download the app?
- The app is currently available on the Google Play Store, just search for eTransport Fiji.
Do I need an eCard to use the app?
- No. You can download and install the app without an eCard. However, to access its key features, such as checking balances, viewing transactions, and topping up, you’ll need a new eCard. The app also requires a smartphone running Android 9 or higher, with NFC enabled to interact with cards.
Where can I get the new eCard?
- New eCards are available at all Vodafone outlets across Fiji. The first and second cards (whether registering for the first time or replacing a lost one) are free. From the third card onward, a $3 fee applies per card.
How do I link my eCard in the app?
- There’s no formal linking process. Just enter your eCard number manually, or use NFC tap to auto-fill the card number in the app.
Can I top up my eCard through the app?
- Yes. The app currently supports top-ups through M-PAiSA only. Tap “Topup Card” and follow the prompts to redeem the balance onto the card.
What should I do if I lose my eCard?

If you lose your card, visit your nearest Vodafone outlet to request a replacement.

For Blue Card users, you can request a balance transfer to a new card, but you must first obtain a police report and present it at the outlet.
- For all other card types, please note: the balance on the lost card cannot be reimbursed.
Your first and second cards (including replacements) are free. From the third card onward, a $3 replacement fee applies.
How do I check my recent trips or spending?

Go to the “History” tab in the app to view recent travel activity and fare deductions. Tap on 'Wallet History' to switch to card history, which contains card payments.
Can I manage multiple cards in the app?
- Yes. You can add and switch between multiple eCards, useful for families or managing cards for others.
Does the app work without internet?
- Some features work offline, including reading the balance and transactions directly off the card. However, an internet connection is required for real-time updates, viewing transactions, and topping up.
Disclaimer: On the My Cards page, the balance shown may not be in real-time and could reflect previous balances. To see the current balance, it’s best to read the balance directly off the card by using the “Check Balance” button.
Are there any options to redeem my card balance if I don't have an Android smartphone or NFC?
- You can visit a Vodafone outlet or an e-ticketing agent to check your balance and top up your eCard.
If I am an iPhone user?
- The app will be available for iOS soon. In the meantime, card balances can be managed from Vodafone stores, e-ticketing agents, and also redeemed on buses (this feature is only available for new cards).
Are there any additional fees?
- Apart from the $3 replacement fee for the third and subsequent eCards, there are no additional fees for using the app or its features.
What payment methods are there?
- You can top up your eTransport wallet through mPAiSA, and then use the wallet funds to top up your eCard.
Do I need to sign up?
- Yes, there is a one-time sign-up required to use the app.
Will I be able to see my transactions up to a month?
- Yes, the app allows you to view your transactions for up to one month.
