How do I book an eSIM?

How many eSIMs can I buy?
You can purchase up to 6 eSIMs in one booking.
Do I need to be in Fiji to book?
No. You can book before travelling and your eSIM will activate automatically before arrival.
Why do I need to upload my passport and take a selfie?
This is a legal requirement to verify your identity and keep services secure.
How do I pay for my eSIM?
Payments are securely processed using debit or credit cards through Windcave.
When will my eSIM activate?
  • Before arriving in Fiji: activates the night before arrival
  • Already in Fiji: activates immediately after payment
How do I install my eSIM?

  2. Scan the QR code displayed
  3. Follow the instructions on your phone
Do I need internet to install the eSIM?
