1. What is Vodafone Play?

Vodafone Play is an OTT streaming service that allows you to watch video-on-demand and live content through its mobile app, website, and compatible smart TVs. It offers entertainment content and exclusive sports streaming, including Fijian Drua matches.

2. What does the Drua package include?

The Drua package gives you access to all Fijian Drua matches from the 2026 season onwards, streamed live and on-demand. You can choose between a Match Pass for individual games or a Season Pass for the entire season.

3. Who can subscribe to Vodafone Play?

Subscription is available to Vodafone Fiji and Inkk Mobile customers who are 18 years or older. You must register using your Vodafone Fiji mobile number.

4. How do I subscribe?

Download the Vodafone Play app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, create an account, and purchase your preferred pass directly within the app.

5. What types of passes are available and what do they cost?

Match Pass: FJD $2 – access to one live match and replay.
Season Pass: FJD $25 – all matches for the season, bonus entertainment content for one month, and entry into exclusive prize draws.

6. Does the Drua package auto-renew?

No, Drua packages do not auto-renew. You must manually purchase a new pass when required.

7. Can I watch Drua matches outside Fiji?

No, Drua matches are geo-blocked and can only be streamed within Fiji due to licensing restrictions.

8. Which devices are supported?

Vodafone Play works on Android devices running version 5.0 or higher, iOS devices running version 11 or higher, and smart TVs such as Samsung Tizen OS 3.0+, LG WebOS 3.5+, and Google/Android TV OS 8+. You can also stream via Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari browsers.

9. How many devices can I use at once?

Each pass allows streaming on one device with one simultaneous stream. To watch on multiple devices at the same time, you need to purchase additional passes.

10. Can I download Drua matches?

No, content is available for streaming only. Downloading or recording is not permitted.

11. What payment methods are available?

Mobile Credit, M-PAiSA Mobile Money, Add-to-Bill (postpaid), and Credit/Debit Card.

12. Does the pass include data for streaming?

No, data is not included. You will need a separate data plan to stream content on Vodafone Play.

13. Are refunds allowed?

No, all sales are final. Refunds or cancellations are not permitted once a purchase is complete. If a match is postponed or canceled, access will be rescheduled according to Vodafone Play’s event policy.

14. What extra benefits come with the Season Pass?

Season Pass holders enjoy bonus entertainment content for one month and are entered into prize draws for exciting rewards such as an iPhone 17, signed Drua merchandise, and exclusive experiences like training sessions or carpool karaoke with Drua players.

15. Will all matches be available in HD?

Video quality depends on your device and internet speed. HD and Ultra HD availability may vary based on your network and device capabilities.

16. What should I do if I face streaming issues?

First, check your internet connection and ensure your device meets the minimum requirements. Restart the Vodafone Play app. If the issue persists, contact Vodafone Customer Care for assistance.

17. How do I manage my devices?

You can manage connected devices through the Account Settings section in the Vodafone Play app, where you can view and remove devices linked to your account.

18. Does Vodafone Play guarantee uninterrupted streaming?

No, uninterrupted streaming depends on your network connectivity and device performance. Vodafone Play does not guarantee continuous service.

19. Is my personal data safe?

Yes, your personal and payment information is handled in accordance with Vodafone Fiji’s Privacy Policy and is processed securely.

20. Can I share my login details?

No, sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of your account.

21. Where can I view my purchased passes?

You can view all your purchased Match Passes and Season Passes in the My Account section of the Vodafone Play app. This section shows your active subscriptions and event purchases.

22. When can I access the live stream after purchasing a pass?

You will need to wait until the scheduled match starts to access the live stream. Before the match begins, you can see the event details in your account, but streaming will only be available once the game goes live. You will also see the Live and Upcoming Events listed in the Home and Sports sections of the Vodafone Play app for easy access.

Terms of Use- Fijian Drua Content

Vodafone Play is the exclusive streaming partner of the Fijian Drua, delivering all Drua matches live and on demand from 2026 through 2028 seasons (“the Fijian Drua Content”).

Important: Please read these Terms carefully. They apply specifically to Fijian Drua match streaming on Vodafone Play.
1. These terms and conditions apply specifically to the streaming of Fijian Drua matches on Vodafone Play, live and on demand. They are supplementary to, and must be read in conjunction with, the Vodafone Play Terms of Use and other policies. In the event of any inconsistency, the Vodafone Play Terms of Use shall prevail, except where these supplementary terms expressly govern Fijian Drua match streaming.
2. By accessing and subscribing to Fijian Drua content on Vodafone Play, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms as well as the terms and conditions of any third-party content providers featured on Vodafone Play. If you do not agree to the terms outlined herein, you must refrain from accessing Fijian Drua content.
3. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Fijian Drua Content solely for your personal, non-commercial viewing within Fiji.
4. The match schedule for the Fijian Drua’s 2026 season will be broadcast live on Vodafone Play. All match times are listed in local Fijian time, with viewing access restricted to audiences within Fiji:

5. You can watch the Fijian Drua matches live on Vodafone Play by purchasing either a season pass or individual match passes. The details of the available passes are outlined below (“Drua Live Passes”):

Live- Provides access to matches as they happen.

On Demand – Allows you to watch matches at any time convenient to you throughout the season.

Once payment is confirmed, access is granted immediately for the selected event or the full season. Purchases can be viewed under Event Purchases/Subscriptions in your account settings.

A Per Match Pass is valid only for the specific match purchased.

A Season Pass covers the entire Drua season, from the first to the final live broadcast.

Both pass types require manual renewal; automatic renewal is not available.

6. Vodafone Fiji reserves the right, without any previous notification to the End User, to change the Drua Live Passes pricing. You are expected to visit these Terms for updated offers.
7. Redistributing or sharing login credentials to Vodafone Play and/or Drua Live Passes is prohibited and may lead to suspension of your account.
8. You acknowledge and agree that payment for purchase of Drua Live Passes will be final and non-refundable. No refunds or cancellations are allowed after the purchase is complete.
9. No refunds will be made if your access to Fijian Drua Content is suspended or terminated for your breach of these Terms or for any other reason including if you decide that you wish to deactivate your account or unsubscribe during a Vodafone Play Plan cycle, no refunds will be provided for any un-utilised days.
10. If a live match is delayed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, access may be rescheduled. Refunds will be handled as per Vodafone Play’s general event policy.
11. You acknowledge and agree that Fijian Drua Content provided for streaming are intended solely for real-time viewing and listening. The content must not be copied, stored or broadcast for commercial or public exhibition. You are strictly prohibited from using any method or technology to record, capture, copy, or reproduce content available on Vodafone Play. Furthermore, broadcasting Vodafone Play content on any social media platform is not permitted.
12. Downloads of Fijian Drua Content are not permitted. The Fijian Drua Content and Vodafone Play service are geo-blocked to Fiji in compliance with broadcasting and content licensing restrictions.
13. The number of devices and streams allowed to access Fijian Drua live stream is as follows:

1 device, 1 simultaneous stream –You will have access to 1 streaming device and 1 stream. You will not be able to simultaneously watch the Drua matches on another device. For you to do so you will need to purchase another pass.

14. You acknowledge and agree that the uninterrupted delivery of Fijian Drua Content whether in live or on demand modes cannot be guaranteed.
15. The Drua Live passes will provide access to the matches on Vodafone Play You will have to separately have sufficient data packs to utilise. Data for use for Vodafone Play is not included in the Drua Live Passes.
16. Vodafone reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel streaming schedules. We are not liable for service interruptions due to third-party networks, device malfunctions, or other factors.
