Vodafone Fiji Duo Wins at the Contact Centre World Awards

Vodafone Fiji is proud to announce that two of its exceptional customer care representatives have been awarded the prestigious Contact Centre Awards in the Asia Pacific region.
The esteemed winners Doreen Lakhan and Sefanaia Silimaibau were recognized for their remarkable performance at the Contact Centre Awards, setting them apart as shining stars within the contact centre industry and exemplifying Vodafone Fiji's core values of delivering top-notch service to its valued customers.
Vodafone took home Best Contact Centre and Best Customer Service Gold Medals and was ranked number one for its customer service practices in the Asia Pacific Region. Added to the wins were Bronze Medal for Best Quality Team, silver medals each for Best Supervisor, and Best Supervisor category in the Inbound Contact Centre Asia Pacific category.
Commenting on this remarkable achievement, Vodafone Fiji CEO, Ms Elenoa Biukoto expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the winners. She stated, "We are immensely proud of Sefanaia and Doreen for their exceptional performance and well-deserved recognition. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and tireless efforts in the contact centre is admirable and are a true example of our journey to excellence within our organization."

"This win echoes the diligent work and dedication from the entire contact centre team. Our contact centre team displays remarkable valour in times of national crisis. During the COVID outbreak, our customer care team facilitated the Ministry of Health and Emergency lines through our customer care centre. Our contact centre operates 24 hours with dedicated lines for our over 800,000 prepaid and postpaid customers. Our customers remain our top priority, and it is through the collective efforts of our staff that we continue to deliver exceptional service," added Ms Biukoto.
The Contact Centre Gold Awards ceremony, which took place on the 28th of July in Bali Indonesia. The annual event organized by the World’s Largest Contact Centre Association, Contact Centre World, celebrates the accomplishments of professionals in the customer service industry and acknowledges their vital role in their respective organizations. Vodafone Fiji competed with high-profile private sectors, Government Institutions, BPO, Health and Tourism, Retail, Logistics, Telecommunications and Distribution Organizations in the Asia Pacific Region with over 200 finalists’ contenders out of the 800 applicants.
