Chief Executive Officer
Elenoa Biukoto is the Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Fiji. Elenoa has over two decades of management experience having served as Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Financial Controller and Manager of Revenue Assurance and Audit at Vodafone.
Prior to joining Vodafone, she worked for ANZ Pacific Operations as a Business Analyst and PriceWaterHouseCoopers as an Audit Manager.
With a strong understanding of local market dynamics and leadership skills, Elenoa leads Vodafone Fiji's future strategic direction, seeking new opportunities for growth and innovation while delivering exceptional value to its customers and stakeholders, and shaping Vodafone Fiji's future in an increasingly digital economy.
She holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from UNSW and is a Chartered Accountant and a member of CA ANZ (Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand) and has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours in Accounting) from the University of Otago.
