His golden wins say a lot, he is proof for our players that if you can Dream it, You can Achieve it. A Fijian lad making it big in football is a glorious moment for us as committed sponsors of the sport in the country. Indeed also a proud achievement for the Nation as a whole.
Vodafone Fiji has been backing the Fijian football for over 10 years and we are hopeful of new milestones to be achieved with our strong partnership. Our commitment to football in the country has been paved further through the renewal of the sponsorship agreement for a further five years.
Our local players have our very own bred football icon to look up to. We are confident that the young brigade with determination and dedication can follow in the steps of the legendary Roy. Our innate passion for the Vanua is at the core of everything we do. We now, sponsor all the levels of football in the country as we know that we have to build a solid foundation with our grass-roots level talents.
Now, the primary and secondary schools and also the fast progressing national Womens’ team receive the financial backing through our sponsorship.
Vodafone Fiji shares the dream with the players and Fiji FA to see Fiji Qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. We join hands to boost the team to shine on the global platform.
Roy Krishna has been breaking records setting the bar high for our local players to work towards. We would be delighted to see more players take up overseas contracts to compete at a higher level. Last year four of our Vodafone National Team players were offered contracts after the Asian Tour.
Vodafone is a 100% local entity and with the 25 years of service in the country, continues to work hand-in-hand with Fiji Football to back our local players in achieving notable commendations and fly high the Fijian flag.
