Regional Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Pradeep Lal is the Regional Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone and has been serving in this capacity since December 2017. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director (2014 – 2017). He has been with Vodafone for over two decades having served in various other executive capacities such as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
Pradeep heads the regional growth strategy for the business and is responsible for assisting the Group realize synergies and create operational efficiencies. He provides overall leadership and guidance to Group companies under the management agreement of Vodafone Fiji.
He is a fellow of CPA Australia and holds a Master of Business Administration from Aston University, Birmingham, United Kingdom and completed the High-Performance Leadership Program from the University of Oxford.
